We're building Zeen Holdings' tea export line as an intermediary — connecting Sri Lankan tea suppliers with international buyers, with the advantage of a Germany-based team who knows the European side of the trade directly.
Rather than growing or processing tea ourselves, we act as the trusted link between Sri Lankan suppliers and buyers abroad — sourcing tea on the local side, and opening the door to buyers on the European side.
Based in Germany, we work directly with buyers across Germany and wider Europe — understanding what European importers need, from documentation to delivery expectations, and sourcing accordingly from Sri Lanka.
In Sri Lanka, we're building relationships with tea suppliers and estates to source quality product for export — giving smaller suppliers a route to international buyers they may not otherwise reach.
Zeen Holdings' tea export line is newly underway — we don't yet have fixed grades or specialty lines locked in, because our model is to source according to what buyers actually need, rather than pushing a fixed catalogue. If you're a buyer with specific requirements, or a supplier with tea to move, we'd rather have that conversation directly.

Being based in Germany gives us a direct line to European buyer expectations, without relying on a chain of intermediaries between Sri Lanka and the end buyer.
